Mei is lead author of TTC Global's AI-First Test Automation Methodology, setting out how a large regional consultancy applies AI to test design and maintenance. That work was presented at the Test Automation Summit in Auckland in 2025 and 2026.

Mei Reyes-Tsai serves as Group Chief Technology Officer at TTC Global in Auckland. Instrumental in advancing technical capability across the consultancy, Mei established the firm's open-source test practice.
